Frequently asked questions 

What if I buy a product where there is no stock left? 

Do not worry! We operate on a print or make on demand basis. This is to reduce waste of resources and materials that is to be in line with our sustainability objectives. So you can order the product. 

 

How do I get a refund? 

We only refund if there is a flaw in the product that you buy. If there is a flaw in our product simply email us and ask for the refund with your order number. Then we handle the rest.

 

Do I get charged extra for shipping? 

 No, when we price our goods we price them with shipping costs already factored in. 

 

How is print-on-demand sustainable? 

Print-on-demand means that we operate with very little extra inventory that we will have to throw away, which then creates problems for the environment. 

 

How are we doing well for sustainability? 

All our pictures were painted on waste wood, waste pots and furniture that was sourced from op-shops. Our acrylic paints are from aluminum tubes that can be cut open washed and sent to recycling. 

 

Do we do commissions? 

Yes, we do just email us under contact us. 

 

What is the difference between our Redbubble and website? 

There are some products that you can gain by printing-on-demand that are different to the products available on our website. The website only prints prints, mugs, bottles and phone cases. 

 

Can we give you waste materials? 

 Yes, you can just email me and we can negotiate a time and date for a pick up of your waste wood or pots. I would be interested to know roughly the amount of materials you have. Wood should be stored in a dry place before the pick up.  I do not pick up wood that is really in bad condition.
